I'm looking for case studies that show what human-centred design actually looks like in practice — not the polished after-the-fact version, but the real story of what was hard, what shifted, and what you learned.

Don't worry about polish. Tell me the story clearly and I'll work with you on the rest. If your case study is already published online, you can paste the link below — but I'd still love your voice on the key takeaways.

1

Project basics

A few quick facts so I can place your case study.

e.g. "A service operating model for high-profile customers"

2

Themes & topics

Which themes does your case study speak to? Pick as many as fit.

Anything missing? Add it here.
3

The story

A simple narrative arc: where it started, how you worked, what changed.

If a reader only read one line, what would they take away?
What was the situation? What wasn't working? Who was affected?
What did you actually do? Methods, sequence, who was involved.
What changed? What was delivered? Numbers welcome.
The longer-term effect on customers, staff, or the organisation. Stats if you have them.
Three or four things you'd want a reader to remember. One per line.
4

Who was involved

The people, roles and disciplines that made this work happen.

Roles and how many of each (you can keep names off if you prefer).
Anyone else who deserves credit.

Already online?

If you've already published this case study somewhere, share it here.

Optional but helpful. A link or PDF lets me reference the published version — but I'd still love your fresh takeaways above.
Any public URL — your site, Medium, a client page, etc.
If the case study lives in a PDF (e.g. a project doc or report), attach it here. Max 8 MB.
Links to articles, talks, or recognition — one per line.
6

Photos & visuals

Images bring case studies to life. Workshops, artefacts, journeys, the people involved.

Heads up: Netlify caps total upload size at 8 MB per submission. For larger sets, paste a shared link below.
JPG or PNG. You can select multiple.
Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer — anything shareable.
7

Client consent

I won't publish anything that isn't cleared. Be honest about where you are.

NDAs, sensitive cohorts, regulator approval — anything I should be aware of.
8

About you

So I can get back to you and credit you properly.

Thanks for taking the time. After you submit, I'll review every case study personally and come back to you within a couple of weeks.

Your submission is sent privately to Gerry via Netlify. Read the privacy note.
